Disclaimer of Liability

Purchaser expressly agrees to assume all risk of injury, including but not limited to, emotional injury, slipping, falling, collision with fixed objects or other participants, bruises, cuts, asthma attack, twists, sprains, breaks, seizures, heart attack, stroke and death, for using any events at ALL HOLLOWS' EVE LLC Venue.

Understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of these events.

By purchasing or using a ticket to All Hallows' Eve it is expressly understood that you have been made aware of the risk and you agree to assume all the risk in the activities or on the property and expressly release All Hallows' Eve LLC, its employees and agents from such use.

Your participation is purely voluntary and you elect to participate in spite of risk.

Old Town Music and Arts Festival Rules

Weather Policy: The festival will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Schedule changes may occur.

No Illegal Substances: Drugs and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

No Glass Containers: Glass containers are not allowed on the festival grounds for safety reasons.

Fire Safety: Only above-ground fire rings are permitted for campfires. Ground fires are prohibited.

Pack It Out: Attendees are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Trash should be disposed of properly in designated areas.

No Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at the festival.

Weapons Prohibited: Weapons and knives are not allowed on the festival grounds.

Reentry Policy: Attendees may leave and reenter the festival with a valid wristband.

COVID Entry Measures: Currently, no COVID-related entry requirements are in place. This may change based on health guidelines.

Assumption of Risk: Attendees enter the festival grounds at their own risk.

No Pets: Only service pets are welcome.
